Lima, Peru - October 2008 TLC transported the clients and their dates by tour bus. The Sunday brunch was held at the same well known oceanfront restaurant 'Costa Verde'and lasted approximately 5 hours. The couples enjoyed a spectacular buffet, live music, acrobatics and a traditional dance show.
Upon arrival, each guest was greeted with a pisco sour, and a chichas morenas (a local beverage made from fermented purple Indian corn). Then clients experienced a variety of culinary delights including an enormous salad bar, sushi bar, ceviche bar, seafood bar, soup bar, and desert bar. Another section included local dishes such as lechona (whole roasted suckling pig), panella (seafood rice) and anticuchos (beef heart kabobs - moist and quite tasty). After this delicious feast the music and dance show began and lasted more than an hour. It included a beautiful local singer and instrumental group playing a range of songs.
