Sundays luncheons in Lima (which are 5 hours and date oriented) are great and include a lavish seafood buffet and a
music and dance floor show. Upon arrival, each guest was greeted with a pisco sour, and a chichas morenas (a local
beverage made from fermented purple Indian corn). Then clients experienced a variety of culinary delights including
an enormous salad bar, sushi bar, ceviche bar, seafood bar, soup bar, and desert bar. Another section included local
dishes such as lechona (whole roasted suckling pig), panella (seafood rice) and anticuchos (beef heart kabobs - moist
and quite tasty).
