The Future of TLC begins with you.
Due to recent federal legislation "The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005" it will be more difficult for American men to seek foreign wives, and for Introductory Services (Now defined as ‘International Marriage Brokers’) to conform to this new law.
This has always been a challenging business to be a part of. Although a lot of men are frustrated with their experiences with domestic women, they accept their situation and remain lonely, without a lifemate. This is hard to understand. For the majority of single men, getting a passport, travel and learning some Spanish is just too much work. For the industrious few, most find a lady abroad and “live happily ever after.” As the old saying goes, “Anything worth having is worth working towards!”
With this law, we fear that even more men will not seek out someone special abroad. Instead of helping foreign women interested in American men, this act will have the opposite effect. Now fewer men will participate, which means fewer women (and single mothers) will find a reliable husband. It could also be argued that those passing this law wish to take away your individual freedoms and stifle your happiness. If this happens, they will win & you will lose.
The future of TLC doesn’t begin or end with the passing of this new law. It begins with you, the customer. As long as you express an interest of not accepting status quo, TLC will be here to help you. TLC will conform to these new regulations. By you complying, your dreams can also be kept alive.
